Clinical software

Built from the clinic, not from an office.

DStrata Labs builds tools for dentists and for the companies that work with them: protocols, reports and assistants that are tested every day in practice before they reach the market.

Products

Three tools, one origin: a real problem at the chair.

01

Integrative Dentistry

for Spainlab Pharmaceuticals

Assesses the patient's biological terrain, from vitamin D to bruxism, and generates a preparation plan before surgery, veneers or implants. White label for each clinic, no patient data on any server. Spanish and French.

02

RITUO

Surgical Protocols

Step-by-step surgical protocols per procedure and implant, with component catalogue, GTIN stock control and a record of every surgery. Built so a new team can operate like an experienced one from day one.

In development
03

Delmas Protocols

clinic operations

Operating protocols per procedure and role, tasks and a real-time dashboard for multi-site clinics. What makes a clinic run the same whether the director is in or not.

Internal use
How we work

Four rules we do not negotiate.

01

It starts with a real problem

Every tool begins as a concrete need in practice. If it does not save time or prevent a mistake, it is not built.

02

Tested with real patients

Weeks of use in two clinics before anyone else sees it. Rough edges get filed where they hurt: at the chair.

03

Explicit clinical rules

No black box. Every recommendation can be traced to the guideline, threshold or data point that triggers it. A clinical document requires it.

04

Data stays in the clinic

By default nothing leaves the device. When a client needs a server, it is agreed in writing and hosted in Europe.

Founder

Dr. Didier Delmas

Oral surgeon and implantologist · Alicante, Spain

Runs two clinics in San Vicente del Raspeig and Benidorm. Key Opinion Leader for Nobel Biocare, Align Technology and SprintRay, and international speaker on guided surgery, robotics and dental imaging. He programs every tool he uses in his own practice, with AI-assisted development, and releases it only once his own team no longer wants to work without it.

Code can be rewritten. What cannot be rewritten in six weeks is the clinical layer: the thresholds, the exceptions and the eight rounds of corrections with people who use it every day.
